🚨 Not an emergency service.
If your child needs urgent or emergency care, call 911 or go to the nearest ER.
You can request a visit by booking online, calling or texting our office, or messaging through the patient portal (established patients).
Before the visit, you’ll confirm contact and insurance information, choose a home visit or telehealth, complete a short intake form, and place a card on file (required).
We are in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Cigna, and select Medicaid plans.
If you use insurance, we bill your plan. You’re responsible for copays, deductibles, or coinsurance. Any remaining balance is charged after insurance processes.
If you are self-pay or out of network, payment is due upfront. Pricing is shown before the visit. Receipts are available for HSA, FSA, or reimbursement.
Please turn on lights, clear a small exam space, secure pets, and have a parent or legal guardian present.
We will review symptoms and history, perform a focused exam, explain the plan in plain language, prescribe medications or order tests if needed, and review what to watch for and when to follow up.
If home care isn’t safe, we’ll guide you to urgent care or the ER.
You’ll need a phone, tablet, or computer with camera and sound, good lighting, and your child nearby when appropriate.
We will ask detailed questions, visually assess your child, review photos or home test results, and decide whether telehealth is appropriate.
If telehealth isn’t safe, we’ll help arrange next steps.
⚠️ Important reminder
Little Steps Pediatric House Calls does not replace emergency care. If your child is experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
