We provide in-home pediatric sick visits for new and established patients in Oak Park and surrounding Chicago and west suburbs.

What We Treat During House Call Visits

We come to your home for common childhood concerns, including:

• Fevers, colds, flu, and strep throat
• Ear infections and pink eye
• Ear wax cleanings
• Rashes, allergies, and minor injuries
• Asthma flare-ups and mild dehydration

If your child needs hands-on care, testing, or treatment, a house call visit allows for a full exam in the comfort of home.

Direct-Pay Pediatric House Call

$150 per in-home visit, paid at the time of service.

This includes:

• Full pediatric exam
• Diagnosis and treatment plan
• All medically necessary point-of-care testing
• In-home nebulizer treatments when indicated

No surprise fees. No rushed visits.

On-Site Testing Available During House Call Visits

(When medically appropriate)

We offer in-home pediatric testing to help guide diagnosis and treatment during your visit, including:

• Rapid strep test
• Rapid mono test
• Rapid flu test
• Rapid COVID test
• RSV testing
• Blood glucose testing
• Urine dip testing
• In-home nebulizer treatment

This allows many children to be evaluated and treated without leaving home. A same-day courtesy adjustment may be available when payment is made in full, applied consistently according to our financial policy.

In-Network Insurance Plans

Little Steps Pediatric House Calls is currently in network with:

• Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) PPO
• Meridian Health
• Molina Healthcare
• UnitedHealthcare (UHC)
• Cigna

We submit claims for patients with these plans. Benefits are verified before your visit, and any expected out-of-pocket costs are reviewed in advance.
Benefits verification is not a guarantee of insurance payment.

Payment & Card on File

For non-Medicaid patients, a credit or debit card may be kept on file to cover applicable copays, deductibles, coinsurance, self-pay visits, or missed appointment fees.
Cards are stored securely through our payment processor and charged only according to posted policies.

Important Medicaid Notice

Patients with Illinois Medicaid plans cannot self-pay for covered services, and a credit card is not required to receive care. Covered services must be billed through the Medicaid plan on file.
